Language resource did not respond in a reasonable time (termtagger?)

      Problem

      If you open a segment in the editor that should trigger a query to a t5memory TM, that is not yet loaded in the RAM in t5memory, it can take longer to load it, than the timeout. Then the user sees the message in fuzzy match panel "The language resource did not answer in a reasonable time".

      Solution

      We should increase involved timeouts to 3 min.
