Clean up error message handling

    • Critical server errors won't produce errors in the UI anymore but are shown now. Getting such errors on application load redirects to the status page after some seconds if configured.

      problem

      Some fatal errors were not handled properly or lead even to errors in the fatal error handler.

      This is fixed now, additonally one can define an apache env containing an URL to a status page, where the users are automatically redirected. In apache therefore:
      SetEnv T5_REDIRECT_ON_ERROR YOUR_URL
