set job type "editor" as default in two places

      Problem

      With the introduction of job coordinators, a job assignment of the type "editor" needs two more additional clicks: in the project wizard and in the task-user assoc.

      Solution

      Hard code that "editor" is preselected in the job type. A config would be more convenient but needs financing frst.
