XLF with given resname information: same segments are only repetitions if the given resname information is the same. If resname is different TM matches are used then.

Currently we use repetitions with higher priority then TM matches in pre-translation process.

As we now have real context (res-name) for segments we should consider TM matches as more prior results than repetition.
