Use TM matches prior to repetitions

    • XLF with given resname information: same segments are only repetitions if the given resname information is the same. If resname is different TM matches are used then.
    • None

      Currently we use repetitions with higher priority then TM matches in pre-translation process.

      As we now have real context (res-name) for segments we should consider TM matches as more prior results than repetition.
