Speed test for synchronous file translation end-point

      Problem

      Our client did order the synchronous file translation end-point to have a speed of 5-7 seconds per translated (small) file. So far we do not check in tests, if this speed is kept or something in a new release slows that down.

      Solution

      Write a test, that checks this.
