Xliff Import: Use resname from group tag as segment description

      We currently look for resname only in trans-unit tag but client may have it in group.

      So if resname present in group tag and not present in trans-unit - use resname from group for segments of group.

      If resname present in trans-unit - use it even if group also has resname
