Description
problem
Currently on workflow finish the user is asked if he is really finished or wants to continue later.
This must be flexibilized on workflow level. So that custom dialogs with custom questions and actions can be shown on finishing the workflow.
solution
- When the user clicks on "yes, I want to finish the task" he/she is asked: Is the task approved? Yes/No
- No should be only possible if there was at least done one comment / annotation for that PDF revision (the "no"-button is deactivated and a hint below the buttons explains, why it is disabled: "If you want to click 'No', please close this pop-up and add a comment, why" → something similar exists for yes if all is reviewed, check existing actions
- The result of this question is logged to the event log of the task
- If the user clicked "No", automatically the PM is assigned in translate5 to the workflow step "Waiting for PDF Upload X" with status "open" and the users that are assigned to the step "Print approval" are assigned to the workflow step "Print approval X" with status "waiting". Where X stands for the number of the iteration of the approval loop.
