Problem

Right now coordinator group editor users, that is editors that have been created by a job coordinator, cannot be given additional roles like "term search" by the job coordinator. This has to be done by the system admin. However, when such an additional role is added to a coordinator group user, the responsible job coordinator can no longer edit the user.

Solution

Job coordinator should still be able to edit his coordinator group users
