coordinator goup dropdown and job coordinator role checkbox will dissapear after creation of job coordinator

      Problem

      When an admin/sysadmin/PM creates a user with role job coordinator and saves it, on editing the user again, the job coordinator role checkbox and the coordinator group dropdown will disappear.
