Problem

Dummy translation TM is very helpful to find out what texts will be used for translation and to test the translate5 process. However, Content Protection tags are not respected. But this is something very useful to test with the Dummy resource too, e. g. to check if Content recognition and conversion to target language works correctly.

Solution

Respect Content Protection tags, too.
