Problem

Users want to be able to upload COTI Level 1 packages to translate5 and download COTI Level 1 packages after translation is finished.

Solution

New button "COTI 1.0" will be added to translate5 project overview.

It opens a popup window "COTI 1.0 packages overview" with the following content:

•  "Upload COTI-1 Pkg" button
  • Clicking that button (or dragging a file on it) allows to upload a new COTI 1.0 package for import (files with ".coti" file extension only ). 
• Table with 4 columns:
  • COTI package/fileName
  • upload date
  • package status (ready/not)
  • "Download" button (grayed out if not ready).
• First 3 columns of above table filterable

Dragging a COTI file on "COTI 1.0"-button in project overview will also uploads package (so opening of window is not necessary to upload a package).
