Support MRK tags x-generic in XLF import

    • The XLF import can now import MRK tags of mtype x-generic - mostly introduced by XLF2 files converted to XLF by Okapi

      problem

      Translate5 can not natively import XLF2 file formats. Okapi must be used therefore.

      The so generated XLF files may contain mrk mtype=x-generic tags which can not be imported at the moment.

      solution

      Improve the XLF import so that such MRK tags (<mrk mtype="x-generic">) are imported as internal tags.
