Problem

In Hotfolders plugin task import has "missing files" Okapi errors in T5 multi-target project. The problem can be recreated with "testcase-6" project in hotfolder for example (see testcase-6.zip attached), where 2+ target languages are defined in instruction.xml.

The reported error happens when runtimeOptions.plugins.Okapi.import.fileconverters.attachOriginalFileAsReference = 1.

The sample project contains 3 XML files (named 1.xml-3.xml) and 2 target languages so 2 tasks are created for one project.  Below are errors which occur within these tasks.
