Float number with different notation in source and target is not protected in t5memory conversion process.

For example:

1. Add float with comma rule for German
2. Add float with dot rule for English
3. Create trans-unit with "0,0" in German source and "0.0" in English target
4. Try to convert

Expected result - same protection tag in source and target

Real result - nothing is protected
