Visual: SVG backround for empty PDFs optionally

      Problem

      PDFs that represent vector-graphics without text look ugly when imported as visual source

      Solution

      Optionally, detect if a PDF does not contain Text in the visual-converter and then use the pdf2htmlEX option "--bg-format=svg"
