Problem

When a client user is commissioning the human revision of an MT based translation via the ‘Send to human revision’ button, the notification email for the PM does not contain the respective client user’s name and contact information (e-mail address).

Solution

Add the user's first and last name and e-mail address to the notification e-mail to the PM.
