Problem

In order to have a basis for a new custom workflow the new workflow "Review and Print approval" was created. However, the custom requirement, the workflow step "Waiting for PDF upload" is automatically assigned to the PM of the task is a specific requirement for one client instance and not a general one.

Solution

Do not automatically assign the workflow step "Waiting for PDF upload" to the PM, when the new workflow "Review and Print approval" is used for a task
