Remove xlf_repair tag repair

    • xlf_repair tag repair is removed.

      Because it comes to confusion regarding the xlf_repair and xliff_paired_tags we will remove the xlf_repair. It did show up that xliff_paired_tags is way better and provides the best results when used.
