Problem
Individual '&' character is encoded as '&' before submitting to DeepL, which leads to translated as '& ' when target language is Chinese, with some unusual ';' chacater which is shown as '&;' despite there is no really a whitespace after ';', so it's some kind of Chinese-specific 'equivalent'
Solution
Replace unusual character with usual on translation
