pre-select "enable task overview" for creating new users

      Problem

      Before splitting the role "editor" into "editor" and "enable task overview" the editor rule was the pre-selected role when creating a new user. It is still, but the related role "enable task overview" is missing then.

      Solution

      Pre-select "enable task overview" in addition to "editor".
