Error in editor with trackchanges

    • Fixed bug which prevented editor to be opened in some cases if there are trackchanges without usertracking id

      The problem:
      See related TS issue TS-4759
      Editor failed to be opened in case trackchanges tag for some reason does not have user tracking id set.

      The solution:

      Make editor work if trackchanges contain 
      data-usertrackingid=""
