Optionally attach visual printed to PDF into email to PM in "Review and print approval" workflow

      Within the print approval workflow the user has to either approve the visual or disapprove it.

      The result of this approval is send to the PM via e-mail.

      This mail already exists.

      Optionally it should be possible to configure the workflow actions in a way, that the right side of the visual printed into a PDF is attached to this mail.

      This configuration by default is NOT active and will be activated for the client, who ordered it.

      The name of the config is: runtimeOptions.plugins.VisualReview.attachVisualApproverPdfToPmEmail
