Problem

When a job coordinator creates a user, the assigned client can be selected. However, when the user is edited later on, this client selection will be invisible. The clients assigned will have no effect to the coordinator group user (unless the sysadmin granted some extra client-restricted role like term search and then the job coordinator should not be allowed to change this, anyway).

Solution

Hide the client selection on coordinator group user creation (this means when a job coordinator creates a user).
