Task archiving failure for tasks with long taskNames

      Problem

      Tasks with long taskNames have error entries in the log on deleteOldEndedTasks workflow action:

      Solution

      Path/directory is stripped in ArchiveWorker.php for tasks with names longer than 200 chars. This is wrong and should be fixed
