Problem

For the project manager it is time consuming to export target files for multi language projects or (depending on how projects are created) for multiple single target projects, that belong together (e.g. same campaign, product etc.).

Solution

Add a batch operation that will export the target files ("original format translated/reviewed") for all tasks selected via the batch operation selection logic.

Add tooltipp to Batch operations -> Export:

EN: Export the target file(s) for several projects and tasks at the same time.

DE: Exportieren Sie die Zieldatei(en) für mehrere Projekte und Aufgaben gleichzeitig.

Only use 1st sentence from text block after selecting Batch operations -> Export:

EN: Select projects and their corresponding tasks by clicking the checkbox (you can also select/deselect single tasks, e.g. in multi-task projects) or apply filters to your project list. 
DE: ... auf Ihre Projektliste an.

Change Buttons:

EN: Export all in current filtering | Export all selected

DE: Alle in Filterung exportieren | Alle selektierten exportieren

Add tooltipp to Refresh button:

DE: Aktualisieren Sie die Liste, falls gesperrte Aufgaben (rot) enthalten sind, um zu prüfen, ob sie jetzt wieder verfügbar sind.

EN: Refresh the list if blocked tasks (red) are included to check whether they are now available again.

tlauria: The second window should be a modal window, so that in the background no other batch window can be started. Should be the case in general for batch stuff. If the dialog to batch export is open, no batch property should be possible at the same time
