Problem

When more then one user is assigned to the print approval job in simultaneous or sequential mode, the PM is notified each time when a user finishes the job separately. This is not very comfortable and confusing as in the email it says:

Solution

Only send the notification to the PM when all assigned users have finished the print approval step.

Only use the subject "Print approval" when all assigned users approved the task. Use task finished when at least one did not approve the task. 

In both cases list the users in the mail and whether they approved the task or not here:

Is the task approved? No

List all annotations combined for the users.
