STR:
1 - When using a ctrl+, hotkey for inserting a tag cursor at the wrong position, but only when inserting a first tag of a pair.
2 - When using a ctrl+. hotkey for inserting a source text into target - cursor at the wrong position.

Expexted behavior:
1 - Cursor should be after inserted tag
2 - Cursor should be at the end of the text
