Problem

If a user sets the display track changes in settings of his editor (when he has it open for editing) this only stays like this until he closes the task. In a next task or after re-login it will be again active for reviewers and disabled for translators. This is annoying as users do not want to set it again and again.

Solution

The setting should be persistent in the way the user sets it. Default for new users should be active.
