Problem
In cases, editors are exporting the visual, like to have changes, editing the visual and expect, an export will reflect the changes. Currently the waiting-time until an export is cleaned up may be up to 15 minutes when no other workers are running and the cleanup depends to be triggered on the periodical cronjob

Solution
Reduce the waiting-time to 30 sec, Queue worker without initial delay: The worker sleeps for 30sec, then tries to clean, if not possible, delays for the second attempt.
