Problem with TrackChanges permission on job creation

    • [🐞 Fix] Fix permission checkboxes on user job creation

      Addition:
      Task should have JobCoordinator Group Jobs.
      If so, with deactivated checkboxes, then checkboxes for new useres are disabled but checked and can not be un-checked.
