Problem

For ended tasks not all tabs are accessible any more. This is annoying for users when they need to find information about assigned users or language resources or properties.

However, when switching to an open task and changing tabs there, then going back to the ended task, the tab will be visible.

Solution

Make the tabs selectable for ended tasks.
