Allow to save incorrect tags structure if it is incorrect in source

    • Now if reference field contains incorrect tags structure editor will allow to save target with incorrect tags structure too

      The problem:
      In case reference field (source or target) contains incorrect tags structure - opening tag before closing one or wrong tags order editor does not allow to to that in target.

      Solution:
      Need to allow saving segment with incorrect tags structure in case it is already the case for a reference field.
