Problem

Error messages are often misleading in InstantTranslate and are shown only for a short time.

Solution

1. Show error messages like "No MT or AI language resource available" persistently in a neutral colour if for the chosen language combination really has no resource.
2. Show more detailed error messages, do not use "No language resource available" if the configred OpenAI resource is not available because OpenAI cannot be reached. We should give this detailed in formation instead.
