Reduce config level for customHtmlContainer config to instance level 2

    • For security reasons the configuration runtimeOptions.editor.customHtmlContainer was reduced to be used on system level and not anymore on client level.

      problem

      The configuration runtimeOptions.editor.customHtmlContainer is very mighty and can be used for malicious things. Currently its on level client (4). 

      solution

      Therefore it should be reduced to config level instance (2).

      Also the existing configs in LEK_customer_config should be removed.
