Language resource overview is loading implicitly to much data (segment draft status / autoQA) so that a critical slow down is encountered. 

reason 

For the draft segment feature an overview over draft segment and critical autoQA errors should have been added to the window where tasks can be re-imported into one chosen language resource.

This additional data was loaded FOR ALL TASKS OF ALL LANGUAGERESOURCES instead only the chosen one.

solution

Implement the data loading as it was already requested in a CR of the PR.
