Problem

In InstantTranslate, when the text that is being translated contains <, > and " characters - they are shown as <, > and ", respectively. 

Solution

Since some time ago, the responded translations - started to be encoded at server-side, so browser-side encoding is not needed anymore, so it should be removed, because it is leading to double-encoding
