Wrong repetition hash calculation

      Problem

      Rule used to protect content on import is not considered when hash is calculated for segment.

      That leads to segments like "<rule_1/> test" and "<rule_2/> test" to be repetitions.

      Solution

      Use number tag as part of hashed string
