Problem

The buttons in the form field "send to human revision" are now labelled "Yes" and "No". And the area in the form where users can specify task custom fields, is called task custom fields:

Solution

Rename the buttons to "Send" and "Cancel" (DE: "Senden" and "Abbrechen") and do not use any name or labelling for "Task custom fields", just remove it. Make sure that custom changes for an instance are not overwritten as there are instances which use different button labelling.
