Track changes stripped when sendWhitespaceAsTag is evaluated

    • Fix problem where track changes where stripped when runtimeOptions.LanguageResources.{resource}.sendWhitespaceAsTag is enabled

      Problem

      When sending edited content (track changes included) to resource with runtimeOptions.LanguageResources.deepl.sendWhitespaceAsTag enabled, the track changes will be stripped from the query string before the content is send to the resource. This leads to for example deleted content evaluated as part of the segment.
