      Problem

      When a tmx with langauges DE-DE to EN-US is imported into a TM DE to EN, then not segments are added. This is expected behaviour, as the languages shall match exactly, but the user does not know about the behaviour, if segments were skipped.

      Solution

      Add a warning to the language resource log, giving the number of skipped segments and the reason (e.g. 235 DE-DE - EN-US segments have been skipped because of language mismatch).
