      Problem

      When user "translator" is assigned to job "review", the PM will get the following error message when they try to assign another step "review" to same user "translator":

       

      This is a misleading message.

      Solution

      Change the message to:

       

      Text: The same user cannot be assigned to the same workflow step twice. Please select a different user or a different workflow step.
