Problem

Users would like to have alternative proposals for translations based on LLMs. For whole segments and for single phrases. In InstantTranslate text field and in the segment editor.

Add analogous to TQE

• field in language resource management and client language resource management to use by default for alternative translations
• tab in project view on the task and in project wizard to assign resources to be used for alternative translations

Integration in InstantTranslate text field.

Add a hint to the tooltip as follows:

Add the functionality as explained in the tooltip:

• Right-click on a word to get alternatives for the word.
• Select a phrase and right-click on it to get alternatives for it.

In case of multiple alternatives resources available for a user add a select dropdown on top of the language selection similar to the client selection in the file translation tab. This must be dynamic: when DE-EN is selected as languages, the dropdown can only contain offered alternatives resources for DE-EN of course. When only 1 resource is configured, hide the button.

When the right-click is done, the AI language resource selected for alternative translations is requested for it with the highlighted word or phrase.

In the request as many segments are sent as context to the AI resource, as it is configured for the resource (batch). The current segment should be in the middle of the sent segments. 

The result will be displayed in the popup and can be selected by the user, then it will replace the initial text, or not taken over. How many alternatives will be displayed should be defined in a custom prompt (not in the base prompt).

Integration in segment editor

Same functionality as for InstantTranslate is implemented for the segment editor. If there is already a functionality behind the right-click (like proposals for languagetool errors) the alternatives will be queried and shown in addition. 

If there is more than one resources are assigned to the task, a dropdown selection should be displayed in the toolbar to select one resource for the current right click alternatives. In this request, batch size will be taken into account, too, but also terminology must be sent.
