Problem

Some clients would like to see high fuzzy matches in InstantTranslate text field translations in case of multi-segment translations instead of using an MT match in such a situation

Solution

Make it configurable (overwriteable on client level) if fuzzy matches should be used to translate a segment in a multi-segment text field translation in Instanttranslate.

In case of a fuzzy match being used underline the sentence with a thick orange line and show in a tooltip all information usually shown for a fuzzy match result for a single segment text field translation in InstantTranslate.

Introduce a new config param for that: 

Title: InstantTranslate: TM-Pretranslation Match Rate

Description: If a TM match equals to or higher than this match rate is found in the TM, this match is used for the InstantTranslate multi-segment text field translation instead of using an MT translation

Default: 100%
