Check for string tag id in defs of sdlxliff

XMLWordPrintable

      Problem

Looks like sdlxliff now can have UUID looking ids in tags.

Previously that was only integers or style ids, that were not present tag-defs.

And because of that our logic now cannot proceed after finding such an id.

      Solution

      Check for id in defs.
