InstantTranslate & translate5 AI: Support Term-RAG for AI-based translations text-field translations

      Problem

      Terminology should also be respected when using LLMs to translate text field content in InstantTranslate.

      Solution

      Therefore our Term-RAG must be integrated for usage for InstantTranslate text-field translations.

      Refactoring done in envisioned step 1 of termTagging refactoring is probably a needed requirement.

      Be able to configure in sys-config, overwriteable on client-level, if Term-RAG is used for a client (of course it will only be used, if a termCollection is available).
