Problem

When a pre-translation is run with TM and MT and "use internal fuzzies" is selected, then repetitions will not be filled by MT. This is expected.

However, when a client would like to fill in those segments, the internal fuzzies could be deselected and another pretranslation/analysis could be run. This no longer works. When on import use internal fuzzies was selected, the empty segments will no longer be filled out, even if de-selected before another analysis.
