Conversion worker fails unexpectedly if language resource is deleted

    • Fix behaviour for Conversion worker in case if language resource is no longer exists

      Problem

      If Conversion worker executed after language resource it was scheduled for is deleted - it will fail in a way that not mark worker as failed or error.

      Solution

      Move language resource fetching to work method.

      This way worker will fail in a way system is able to mark it as error
