UI language switch in grid broken

    • Tha POST parameter "locale" that could be added to any request to switch the current users locale is removed.
    • FIX: The GUI-locale switch in the segment-grid did not show all available locales and was not working properly

      Problem

      Since the addition of 2 more UI languages IT and FR the switch in the editor menu to change the UI language is not working any more. And IT and FR are missing completely.

      Solution

      Repair it and add IT and FR. Move it to own sub-menu, as currently the case for the switch of layout. See
