Update visual pdfconverter container

      Problem

      • The PDFconverter container is outdated (Ubuntu 22.04) and shall be updated to 24.04 min alongside the needed libs (poppler, fontforge, ghostscript). This is important for customers using recent PDFfeatures (Image-formats, fonts)

      Solutions

      a) Update pdf2htmlEX (we may take over the maintenance on github ?)

      Orest shall try to build pdf2htmlEX for newer libraries (poppler, fontforge, ghostsript) that will run on a newer Ubuntu
