User association window save button now always visible

    • User Association: When adding or editing a user, the Save/Cancel buttons are now always visible; scrolling only applies to the form content.

      problem

      When editing / adding a user in the user association window scrolling was mostly needed to get the save / cancel button.

      solution

      Change that so that the scroller is now only on the form content and the buttons are always visible.
